We are seeking to hire an Assistant Community Manager/ Leasing at a multifamily community in Tyler Texas.
  • The Assistant Community Manager is the secondary representative of management to the residents, staff, and public and supports the Community Manager with the operation of the community.
  • Will take on the role of Manager when the Manager is off property, and therefore is responsible for profitability, cost control, and upholding quality standards to ensure resident and employee satisfaction.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Past experience in apartment, hotel, or real estate supervision or management.
  • A high level of performance in past positions, as well as supervision of staff.
