Job Description

We are seeking an Information Technology Technician to provide support to the IT department with servers, applications, and desktops. This includes technical support and troubleshooting of computers, telephones, and business systems both in-person and remotely. The IT Technician will be the primary contact for our remote site users’ help desk. Responsible for managing desktops running Windows 7/8 and Windows 10 with a variety of software, including MRI Real Estate Software, MS Office, and VPNs, Terminal Server, HP Printers, Active Directory, Cisco/Fortinet/Sonicwall Firewall/VPN, Office 365 Exchange and Internet connectivity, CC Cleaner, Microsoft Intune. The IT Technician will also troubleshoot and provide support for printers/copiers/fax machines/scanner, and VOIP phone system. Will Ghost or complete full product installation of new or rebuilt PCs, backup data restoration, and perform occasional night work for server upgrades/updates.

 

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in IT, phone support and customer service, specialized training in MS Office support or equivalent work experience is required. Must have knowledge of general IT networking, MS office 365 and Intune, MS OS 7,8,10 pro/enterprise and MCSA. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required. A+ Certification a plus but not required.
