Job Description

We are currently seeking a Floating Community Manager, based in Austin, Texas. The Floating Community Manager will be assigned to perform the role of Community Manager, at various Northland communities in their assigned region, as determined by staffing needs.  This is an ideal position for a property management professional looking to grow their career. We're looking for someone with a strong, proactive work ethic, and sound judgement for this highly visible role.

When assigned to a community they will perform all duties and have all responsibilities of the Community Manager, representing Northland to residents, staff, and the public, and directing day to day operations at that location. They will also occasionally fill the role of Assistant Community Managers, or travel to under performing sites to train employees, and improve performance. Travel required = 50%

Job Requirements

Must have 2-3 years experience in property management supervisory roles, proven ability to manage staff, strong judgement and communication skills, and ability to travel 50%.
