Community Manager - Fountainhead Apartments

The Hilands is an 826 unity luxury community located near shopping, dining, and the University of Arizona.

We are seeking a high energy Community Manager to oversee day to day operations at the community. The Community Manager is responsible for profitability, cost, control, operating budget, and management reporting, as well as supervision of property staff. They serve as the primary representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland’s high standards of customer service and quality.


Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 2- 3 years of multifamily property management experience
  • Experience managing direct reports, including maintenance staff and contractors
  • The ability and desire to sell and market the community
  • Experience with MRI software preferred
