Community Manager

We are seeking a Community Manager at Bay Harbor Apartment Homes in Fort Myers, Florida, to manage day to day operations at the community.  Bay Harbor is a class A community of 343 units. Bay Harbor offers luxury waterfront homes close to dining, shopping, and all the best Fort Myers has to offer.  The Community Manager is responsible for maintaining Northland's standards of customer service and quality, to ensure employee and resident satisfaction. They are the primary representative of management to residents, staff, and the public. Also responsible for profitability, cost control, operating budgets, and management reporting.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of past experience in multifamily property management, including supervision of staff and contractors. Experience with MRI, a plus.
