Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking to hire an Assistant Manager at Monterey Ranch Apartments located in SW Austin.  Monterey Ranch is an established 1072 unit community that is walking distance to many restaurants and offers easy access to Mopac and Highway 290. MRI experience preferred.

  • The Assistant Community Manager is the secondary representative of management to the residents, staff, and public and supports the Community Manager with the operation of the community (Team of 25)
  • Will take on the role of Manager when the Manager is off property, and therefore is responsible for profitability, cost control, and upholding quality standards to ensure resident and employee satisfaction.

Job Requirements


Assistant Community Manager

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Past experience as an Assistant or Property Manager required.
  • A high level of performance in past positions, as well as supervision of staff.
