Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking to hire an Assistant Community Manager at a luxury residential, mixed use high rise in Denver.

The Assistant Community Manager is the secondary representative of management to the residents, staff, and public and supports the Community Manager with the operation of the community.

The Assistant Manager will take on the role of Manager when the Manager is off property, and therefore is responsible for profitability, cost control, and upholding quality standards to ensure resident and employee satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ensuring operation within budget, assisting with supervision of maintenance and leasing staff, rent collection and delinquency, providing outstanding customer service to residents and commercial tenants, marketing of the community.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Past experience in apartment, hotel, or real estate supervision or management.
  • A high level of performance in past positions, as well as supervision of staff.
  • Flexible schedule to fill in for other positions as needed
  • Understanding of state, federal, and local laws pertaining to leasing, eviction, occupancy, rent structure
