Assistant Community Manager - Great Hills Apartments

Great Hills Apartments is located in the Arboretum area, close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. This 344-unit apartment community offers hill side views and easy access to highways.

We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager with day to day operations at the community. The Assistant Manager monitors and enforces compliance with all company policies and procedures, will assist with the supervision of leasing and maintenance staff, and oversee rent collection and delinquency. As the back-up for the Community Manager they are responsible for profitability, cost, control, and maintaining operating budget. They serve as a representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland’s high standards of customer service and quality.

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Experience in multifamily property management management
  • Experience managing staff
  • Ability and desire to advertise and market the community
  • Experience with MRI software preferred
