Job Description

We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Newton, MA.

The AP Coordinator processes invoices, supports Property Accountants, Site Managers, Corporate personnel and Northland’s vendors. This position also performs administrative functions including, but not limited to: preparing mortgage payments, investor distributions, property taxes, tenant refunds, month end closeout, vendor statement reconciliation, replacement reserves, maintains vendor files and performs miscellaneous departmental tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

The qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable, strong attention to detail, ability to work on a deadline, and in a fast paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
