We are seeking to hire a Leasing Consultant at the Pavilions in Manchester, CT.

  • The Leasing Consultant completes all community tasks assigned by the Community Manager or the Assistant Community Manager.
  • Areas of focus include apartment leasing, current resident retention/satisfaction, and community marketing in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Provides excellent customer service to prospective residents and existing residents.
  • Attentive to administration and the timely processing of lease documents.
  • Enjoy leasing bonuses and financial goal bonuses.

Job Requirements

Leasing Consultant

Qualified candidates will have:

  • The ability and desire to sell and market the community.
  • Ability to work weekends as required.
  • Prior customer service and sales experience preferred.
