Community Manager - Greentree Apartments

Greentree Apartments, is a 296 unit community, located in east Ft. Lauderdale. Nestled in a tropical setting, Greentree is within close proximity to shopping, dining, major highways, and public transportation.

We are seeking a high energy Community Manager to oversee day to day operations at the community. The Community Manager is responsible for profitability, cost, control, operating budget, and management reporting, as well as supervision of property staff. They serve as the primary representative of the company to residents, staff, vendors, and the public, and are charged with maintaining Northland’s high standards of customer service and quality.

 

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • 2- 3 years of conventional multifamily property management experience
  • Experience managing direct reports, including maintenance staff and contractors
  • The ability and desire to sell and market the community
  • Experience with MRI or Yardi software preferred
